Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we receive through studemcze.com, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. We follow the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
This website is run by Studem — Individual entrepreneur Khytyakova G. A., registered address: Alash Highway 29/2, Astana, Kazakhstan. Studem is responsible for processing your personal data (the "operator" / "controller").
For any question about your data, email studemcze@gmail.com or call +420 735 045 716.
2. What data we receive
When you send the application or consultation form:
- first and last name;
- e-mail address and phone number;
- the student's age and country of residence;
- the program you chose (if any) and your message.
When you decide to apply for a program, we separately ask for a copy of the student's passport — by e-mail or WhatsApp. It is used only for enrolment (see "Passport copy" below).
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and spam protection service (hCaptcha) process technical data — such as your IP address and browser details — only to run the website and protect it from bots.
You don't have to give us this data, but without your name and contact details we can't answer your request.
3. Why we use your data, and on what basis
- To answer your request, hold a consultation and help you choose a program — based on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
- To pass your application to our partner, MSM (The International Union of Youth, Prague), for enrolment — based on your consent.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse — based on our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing emails. We do not make automated decisions about you or use profiling.
4. If the student is under 18
If the student is under 18, the form should be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who enters their own contact details and gives consent on the student's behalf.
5. Passport copy
We ask for a passport copy only from people who have decided to apply, and we use it for one thing only: passing it to MSM (The International Union of Youth) to enrol the student in the chosen program. We do not use it for anything else or share it with anyone other than MSM.
Only the Studem staff handling your application can see it. We delete it from our email and chats as soon as it is no longer needed for enrolment, and in any case no later than 12 months after our last contact with you. When you send a passport copy, please don't include any other documents we haven't asked for.
6. Who we share your data with
- MSM — The International Union of Youth (Mezinárodní Svaz Mládeže, Prague, Czech Republic) — the data needed to enrol you in the chosen program, including the passport copy;
- Web3Forms — delivers form messages to our inbox;
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) — protects the form from bots;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and website security;
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where requests are stored.
These services use the data only for these purposes.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it (for example, a court order or a request from a public authority), or when it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Messages on WhatsApp and Instagram
If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we use the conversation the same way as a request from the website — to reply and help you with a program. These apps are owned by Meta and follow Meta's own privacy policies, which we are not responsible for.
8. International transfers
Your data is transferred outside Kazakhstan — to the Czech Republic (EU) and to the countries where the services above have their servers, including the United States. By ticking the consent box and sending the form, you agree to these transfers. Where applicable, the services protect data with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
9. How long we keep your data
We keep requests for 12 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become our client, we keep the data as long as needed for your program and as required by law.
10. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- receive your data in a common machine-readable format, or ask us to send it to another organization;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data or restrict its use;
- object to the processing;
- withdraw your consent — this does not affect processing that happened before.
Email us at studemcze@gmail.com — we will reply as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you. You can also complain to the authorized personal data protection body of the Republic of Kazakhstan or, if you are in the EU, to your country's data protection authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
11. Security
The website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only the Studem staff who handle requests can access them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
